Description

Texas Rangers All-Star 3rd baseman Adrian Beltre is well known for his dislike of anyone touching his head. During the 2012 season, the practice of trying to touch Beltre’s head as he ran the dugout gauntlet after a homerun or other crucial play became epidemic. This painting shows a moment in the dugout when Beltre good-naturedly scolds catcher and 1st baseman Mike Napoli after a mischievous head rub.
